Chicken Wrap
Large Recipe 6 Cups
Ingredients:
1 Ole 10 inch tortilla
2 tablespoons hazelnut spread
3 oz sliced wood grilled rosemary chicken
1 oz romaine lettuce
1 oz Arugula
4 slices cucumber
1 oz Julienne carrot
2 tomato slices
1. Cut channels in the cucumber and then with the mandoline slice very thin and then make Juliene strips with the carrots.
2. Spread the Hazelnut spread, on the Tortilla
making sure a good dab is on the top. (this will be used to "glue" the wrap. Top with romaine lettuce and Arugula.
3. Add the Sliced chicken and 2 tomato slices
4. Add the cucumber and julienne carrot,
