Pico de Gallo

Pico de Gallo 
Large Recipe  
Ingredients: 

 4 Roma tomatoes
1/4 cup fine diced white onion
1/4 cup diced green onion tops 

2 tablespoons loose packed chopped cilantro
1 jalapeno chilie diced , remove seeds and ribs. 

1/4 cup fresh lime juice, from 1 or 2 limes.
2 cloves fresh garlic 

Hungarian  spice mix

Cut out the core and score the tomato down one side then turn 90 degrees and repeat.


2. Put tomatoes in simmering water for 1 minute, then pull out and cool. 

Chop the rest of your ingredients. 

Half then cut into 1 inch cubes 





Smash the garlic with a knife, remove the skin. top the garlic with the salt and dice fine. The salt will help bring out the flavor in the garlic. 



Add all the ingredients together . Test for balance. It should taste nice and tart, have a pungent taste to it. 

Blend for just a few seconds in the blender.
