Shredded Pork Meat

Large Recipe  6 Cups
Ingredients: 

 3 lbs Pork loin the darker portion of the whole loin 
1 cup chicken stock 
1 12 oz bottle Amber Beer 

2 Bay leaves
2 tablespoon dried Onion 
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
2 tablespoons Hungarian Spice Mix
1 tablespoon Chili Powder

1 teaspoon chipotle powder
1 tablespoon oregano leaves
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon roasted powdered cumin
1 teaspoon Saigon Cinnamon

 

you use the darker side of the pork loin for this.

1. Trim the fat off off or the top of the pork loin. 



2.  Gather your spices and mix well in a stainless bowl. 



Roll the pork in the spices and let sit overnight if you have time.   This may not seem important because you are going to bake it or crockpot it. However some of the best BBQ cooks do this. 
 


Place the pork with the rest of the ingredients in a large baking vessel with the  remaining ingredients.  Cover and bake for 2 hours or until it reaches 200 degrees internal temperature.
